Who actually grades my Speaking and Writing?
A certified IELTS examiner — a real person trained on the same band descriptors used in the official exam, not a language model guessing at a score. Every Speaking test and Writing script is graded by someone who has done this professionally, not an app.
How long does it take to get my results?
Within 48 hours of finishing your mock. Listening and Reading are scored instantly; Speaking and Writing go to an examiner and come back with a full band-wise breakdown and written comments.
What's the difference between Academic and General Training mocks?
Academic mocks use the Reading and Writing formats required for university admissions. General Training mocks use the formats required for immigration and work visas (Canada Express Entry, UK skilled worker routes, and similar). Pick whichever matches your actual exam — we grade both.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet — Prep with Nidhi works fully in your mobile browser, and every mock is built mobile-first since most of our students prep primarily on their phone. A dedicated app is on the roadmap.
What if I'm not happy with my mock result?
If you believe your Speaking or Writing was graded incorrectly, send us the recording or script within 48 hours and a second certified examiner will re-review it at no extra cost. We don't offer cash refunds on completed, correctly-graded mocks — the grading itself is the product.
Can I get my doubts explained in Hindi?
Yes. The Monthly Pack and Full Prep Pack include Hindi-medium doubt support — ask your questions in Hindi, get answers in Hindi, whether that's about a Writing correction or how band scoring actually works.
How realistic is a Prep with Nidhi mock compared to the real IELTS exam?
